- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree is different and unique. The biggest challenge sometimes is not necessarily the tree itself but the location and access point to the tree. The same sized tree on 10 different properties can have 10 different quotes. The most effective way for us to give an accurate quote for your tree service is for one of our professional representatives to meet with you at your property so that we know exactly what it will take to complete your job and guarantee your satisfaction. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to inspect the property and give an accurate quote. Once the customer provides the approval (pending no HOA or City Arborist approval) we will schedule the job and come out on the day scheduled. Once the job is complete, we walk through the property with the customer to confirm the job is complete to their satisfaction and collect payment. If an HOA or Arborist approval is required we assist the customer in obtaining the proper documentation and approval, prior to scheduling the job.
