- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a meeting: The first thing we do is schedule a meeting with the client to discuss their needs and expectations. At this meeting, we ask questions about the type of landscape the client wants, the amount of maintenance he is willing to do, the budget, and other important details. Inspect Landscape Area: Our landscape professional must inspect the landscape area to assess the current condition of the landscape and determine the client's needs. If the garden already exists, the professional can evaluate your current design and make suggestions on how to improve it. If it is a new landscape, the professional can take measurements and perform a soil evaluation. Submit a Landscape Plan: Based on the initial meeting and inspection of the yard, the landscape professional may submit a detailed plan that includes plant and tree selection, landscape design, level of maintenance, and associated costs. The professional can present several options for the client to choose the one that best suits her needs and budget. Implement the plan: Once the client has approved the landscaping plan, the professional can begin implementing the plan. This may include planting trees and plants, installing lawns, landscaping, and any other tasks that have been agreed upon. Maintenance: After implementing the plan, the landscape professional should discuss with the client the details of maintenance and any additional services that may be needed, such as watering and pruning. The professional can schedule regular visits to make sure the garden is kept in good condition. In summary, the typical process for working with a new client in need of landscape services includes meetings, inspections, plan submission, implementation, and maintenance. This process allows the landscape professional to understand the client's needs and expectations and to create a beautiful and functional landscape that meets those needs.
