- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on scope, materials and time. Online photo estimates are free. An optional on-site assessment is $75 for up to 1 hour ($25 deposit + $50 balance), credited toward the work if hired. Repairs, installation and materials are quoted separately. We confirm pricing and changes before proceeding. Ask about combining tasks. Wisetack/Klarna may be available, subject to eligibility and approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review your message, photos and project details, then ask for anything missing. We discuss the scope, solution and price; complex projects may need an on-site assessment. Once agreed, we schedule the work, complete and test it, and review the result with you. Ask us for a free online photo estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on installation, repair and improvements in homes and businesses, including electrical and lighting, TV mounting, A/V, low-voltage wiring, equipment installation and drywall. We keep learning about products, installation methods, safety practices and applicable requirements. Ask about our experience with your project.
