- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an elder discount, multi room discount, and teacher discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 5 to 10 minute phone call is very helpful so I can get all the required information for detailed quote. Also it’s good for me to explain the materials, cleaning instructions, warranty, etc..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by another specialist company owner for two years. He then sold the company and I trained the new owner and his technician.
