Not all restoration jobs are equal. We don’t use silicone on anything due to its temporary nature. I have developed a system with upgraded materials that do not break, and they also stay the same color for 10+ years. We only use the best titanium dioxide epoxy color sealant for showers, and a specialized acrylic sealant for certain floors.
We do not do new tile construction. We specialize in restoration and upgraded materials. This is a permanent solution. Just remember, when price shopping, we are not all created equal. I usually require a 5 to 10 minute phone conversation to explain all the materials and to make sure we are a good fit.

Ricky did an amazing job fixing my bathroom tiles. He was really good at explaining his work and helping me make decision with the repair work.
We had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for grout/tile work. We had several calls where I felt more confident in their knowledge base than other quotes I was getting. Kory did amazing work. It took 2 days but my shower looks better than it did when I initially purchased the house.
I waited about a week to post my review because I wanted to see if their claims were true. I really don't have to use harsh (i.e. bleach etc.) cleaners and there is no staining and no mildew formation.

A 5 to 10 minute phone call is very helpful so I can get all the required information for detailed quote. Also it’s good for me to explain the materials, cleaning instructions, warranty, etc..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by another specialist company owner for two years. He then sold the company and I trained the new owner and his technician.
