- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the custom nature of each job, I prefer to prepare my estimates individually and based on my customer's specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I like to meet with the customer face to face and talk about their project. Once I get a feel for what they are looking for and what their style is, we discuss the job in more detail and move from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both residential and commercial customers. The process isn't always easy but the end result is always stunning and leaves my customers impressed.
