- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly straightforward and affordable for services within my travel range. However, with negotiated pricing, I am willing to travel beyond as evidenced elsewhere in my profile. Generally, the only discounts I offer are to military personnel and that is dependent upon scheduling and travel requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I work through Thumbtack and from there any e-mail, pre-visits, phone conversations, etc., are dependent upon the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister since 1984 and have performed several weddings and, having been a professional musician performing in wedding ceremonies prior to ministry, I am well accustomed to the most common traditions and customs.
