- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service Window company. We do offer discounts of same day purchase, referral rebates, as well as marketing discounts for before and after pictures and social media posts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We handle all new customers like family. We will take time and care to understand your needs and find the best solution for you. We pride ourselves on providing every customer with a five star customer experience from the first contact to the final installation. We believe in Guidance, Choices and Proven Process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are very well educated on the window process. Our Window Specialist were trained by our manufacturer on all aspects of our products. Our installers have been trained by window experts and are amazing in our precision.
