Yoga by Ellery

I am a health and wellness enthusiast, with a passion for organic movement while connecting the mind, body and spirit. My intention is to empower and inspire others to connect to their authentic self and express their greatest potential both on and off of the yoga mat. My teaching style is Vinyasa/Hatha based with a strong emphasis on alignment, accessible to all levels. I create custom sequences for each client depending on what part of the mind or body needs practice. I received my Certified RYT 200hr yoga teaching certification through Yogaview in Chicago. I currently teach group and private Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga classes in the North Atlanta area. I also specializes in Partner/Couples Yoga designed to strengthen the bonds of relationship through communication, breathing and trust. My inspiration comes from my varied interests in ballroom dancing, hiking, scuba diving and walking my pups Benito and Luna. I am beyond grateful to be teaching in such a beautiful community of people. I most enjoy being able to see and feel the mental/physical progress of my students. Yoga is lighthearted and yet often times students may struggle to calm their mind and observe their thoughts during practice. When joining me in class, expect a lively, warm flow that will challenge you, ignite your energy, and bring a smile to your heart.
