Luis did a great job. He even went out of his way to deliver a cleaning product, I had forgotten to get from him. He was going to give me the item while we both were attending an unrelated business meeting, but I forgot to get it from him. He even drove to my home, after calling me ahead of time to say he'd be dropping the product off. The work he did at our home was above and beyond what we'd expected and for a great price, too. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for carpet and hardwood flooring cleaning services.

We had a huge stain on the office carpet and were not quite sure what it was, except for the fact that it looked horrible. Granite Chem-Dry came in and removed the stain and the carpet looks as good as new! Thank you Granite Chem-Dry!

All of our technicians have classes we renew every year to make sure we know the best way to take care of your home or office.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had done other alternatives; steam, dry, dusting. and when I found chem-dry a thought this should be the standard.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
make sure you you get value anybody can beat a price but is it just that. a low price can end up costing you a floor replacement
