They showed up on time, discuss with me what the problem might be and how they were going to go about fixing the problem only to find out that what they thought was not the problem but was flexible enough to fix the actual problem. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote you first receive if for a 4 hour minimum any additional hours it might take is an additional $35 dollars an hour per person that is servicing your home. Our discounts are for a reccuring customer. If you plan on becoming a returning customer you will receive a discounted rate upon our second visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I like to see what exactly you would like to have done during our visit. That way we can get to work right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have a combined 35 years experience in this industry. You can rest assured that your home is in good hands.
