Stanford has done personally the rototilling of both our front- and backyard, which were in miserable state. He was at our house at the appointed time and did the work very efficiently: now the yards good look and the terrain is soft and ready for top soil. In addition, he has gone beyond the line of duty helping us with other minor matters of the yards. He is a friendly guy, amenable to discuss his prices favorably and proud of his work. We hired him, in fact, to do the topsoiling and the planting of some trees. We expect nothing less than a professional and thorough job., as he did with the present one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair with prices and total pricing has taxes included. Military has 10% discount depending on which scope of work is being acquired for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost introduction and a explanation on what we do/can do and see what they want and I’ll draw up a plan to their expectations and once we come to a agreement we’ll start and finish the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am more on the field experience and currently working on my certifications but my team and I have work that speaks for itself.
