- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have rotor and brake pad packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what they need fixed and get those issues fixed fast as possible to get them back on the road. I know how it feels to take it in and get overcharged and not having a vehicle for a couple of days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to college for mechanical engineering but had to switch majors half way through because it had conflict with playing college ball. Always had a passion for fixing vehicles.
