I was really concerned about the cost, but Frank put my mind to ease when he described the level of service I could expect. And then...Wow...they exceeded it!!! I was tremendously surprised and thrilled with the extreme effort they put into the job and their "only the best", "done right" thoroughness. They had all the right tools, equipment, supplies and manpower to do a World Class Job!!! I'm thrilled with the outcome!!! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do have a pricing based on the number of rooms based on maximum square footage(room size averages) and for homes that have above average size rooms we have prices by the square footage. Call us for the information and our consultations/estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always inspect the work to be performed to see if there are issues beyond the sight unseen estimate that was given. Because Thumbtack is very limited in the type of information provided, we are not able to give a proper estimate at times and in most cases we honor our estimate unless the information supplied is too inaccurate. Not all sofa's are the same such as a 3 piece sectional sofa versus a 3 person sofa. The best way to avoid a situation such as this is to ask us to come out and provide you with a proper consultation and estimate or send us a photo via cell phone or email. When we give you a price, there are no surprise charges such as a $10 processing fee for using your credit card as we have heard about from one customer. The price we give is the price you pay and not a penny more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a Chem Dry franchisee, we are required to go through continuing education and our training meets or exceeds IICRC requirements. I particularly enjoy learning new techniques to bring to my customers and as I tell my kids, when you stop learning, you stop living.
