Kauula is a very responsible businessman. He understood the urgency to get job done prior to delivery of household goods. He followed up on all defects as it was pointed out. He is a polite young man, works hard, strives for quality. Job was a large one, but he knocked it out and we were satisfied. Staffed with crew size to take on the challenging big job. 5 consecutive days, came everyday and worked 8 - 10 hours.
