Introduction: I provide a full-service property preservation and renovation, including the following: * Carpentry repairs * Small additions * Light plumbing * Electrical * Masonry * Flooring * Sheetrock installing * Total interior and exterior painting services (our specialty) from one-two rooms, from start to finish * Power washing and waterproofing I also handle property management to deal for a few clients as well. I have over 25 years of experience in the handyman field, with a professional quality workmanship. On time, satisfaction, safety, privacy and peace of mind, assured. Professional and personal endorsements are available upon request. I have a Hawaii G.E. tax license since 1983 and is available upon request. Most of small repairs and painting projects are completed within single workday. I am available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the day, and night-time work is also available upon request, if needed. I also offer discounts for seniors and veterans. Scheduled payments can be arranged. My rates are by job estimate or flat rate. Time and materials (T&M) is at $25.00 - $35.00 per man/hour, depending on the job or clients' preferences. Any and all the clients' properties, concerns and rules are strictly followed and enforced.
