Chris/Innovative Builders HI, went above and beyond while renovating our first floor space. From the gorgeous flooring, to the kitchen that doubled in size on Chris’s watch, to our new 1/2 bath and tweaked guest room, our expectations were exceeded over and over again! Chris was able to take my poorly explained/diagrammed ideas and turn them into reality, but better. We really had one of the saddest, most poorly laid out kitchens and Chris turned it into a beautiful space with better natural light, and something even more treasured here - a cross breeze! Worth noting, Chris is a highly skilled carpenter. This made a huge difference to us as he created a pantry with custom shelving, etc using his own plan, and his great work ethic. What more could you ask? We look forward to having Chris and his team back to do more work someday soon.
