Jose was prompt and very pleasant. Ran into a little issue with the installation but was able to resolve and the installation went smoothly after that. The hourly rate shown on the Thumbtack app indicated $60 - however the hourly charge was higher - the app needs to clearly explain that the hourly rate shown is a “recommended rate” - otherwise it is misleading.
