Williams Services LLC IS THE BEST!! that stands out the rest. He was at my house earlier than expected. Kuya was able to get the task down withen a resobable time. He should excellent customer service and was also fair with the price. He is very knowlagable, and showed professionalism. I would recommend his services to my family and my friends. William was more than prompt in responding to my request. He even showed up 2 days early. Everything was going fine, he left to go get a new exhaust fan, then called and wanted to know if he could come back tomorrow and I said the next time I was going to be home was Friday, so he came back and worked to install the fan. He informed me that the old fan was big and the new one that he got didn’t have the bracket needed so that it would fit the hole and so he would have to go to another store to get a bigger fan. He called later to say that he couldn’t locate the fan at Lowe’s and would have to go to Home Depot, but couldn’t till tomorrow. I decided to stay home the next day and asked what time he’d be here, he said 9am, so I agreed. He calls this morning telling me that the new fan he was going to get did not have a bracket to fit the hole size and that he would have to build his own with a 2x4 and that it would cost me extra. I didn’t really understand what all was going on with this and then we had phone issues, so I texted him after not being able to reach him by phone, to bring the new fan and discuss his plan with me. He responded that he’s thinking that I was thinking he was trying to rip me off and that if I thought I could do it then do it. I explained that wasn’t the case at all and that I wanted him to finish the job. He refused to respond after that. Have to find another handyman now.

William came over within minutes when the 1st contractor was a no-show this morning &I reached out to get our patio &yard cleaned up beacause we were expecting visitors the next day. He gave an estimate &then went back out to get his equipmemt &tools then he returned to start on the job. He was done in 2hours &the areas I needed taken care of were cleaned, trimmed &picked up. I've asked him to please come back &do the maintenance once a month for the year that we're sched to be here. I recommend using his service...very professional.
