- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please reach out if you're interested in services. IN-PERSON Training: Our first step is scheduling a 15 minute phone consult. This will help determine your goals and see if we are a good fit. From there we would schedule an in person complimentary physical and nutrition consultation. This is where we discuss the programming that would fit your lifestyle, schedule and goals. ONLINE TRAINING & HYBRID TRAINING: 30 Min Discovery call to cover goals and which program would fit best into your goals and lifestyle. Discounts are given based on the Training Bundle you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary consultation is done along with your first 45 minute assessment/workout. IN PERSON Personal Training: A exercise program is built for you based off your goals and the information gathered in your consultation. A thirty day complimentary nutrition program is based off of your goals and lifestyle. After the 30 days, continued nutrition support is optional through Nutrition / Lifestyle Programs built to make long lasting changes in habit and mindset. IN PERSON Group Training: A group program exercise is built for the group. If there are orthopedic issue, there will be exercise options. No matter the fitness level in group training, everyone can participate based off of the exercise selection. A thirty day complimentary nutrition program is based off of your goals and lifestyle. After the 30 days, continued nutrition support is optional through Nutrition / Lifestyle Programs built to make long lasting changes in habit and mindset. ONLINE TRAINING: We do a complimentary consultation to find the right program that will fit your lifestyle and goals. There will be an onboarding process prior to your official start date that covers how to access your programming. All online programming is done through an app for ios and android.
