- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most session investment options include the photographers time, all possible edited digital images, password protected online gallery, collage or digital announcement (birth, senior, engagement, etc.), and pre-consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always encourage my new clients to take advantage of the complimentary pre-consultation to discuss all the details and expectations for the photo session. During the pre-consultation, we discuss the session flow, show and explain an online gallery sample, discuss themes props and backdrops, and any request the clients may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught and often attend photography workshops to expand my knowledge and abilities as a photographer.
