Hi Steve, I hope you are happy with the results of your desktop repair. Although it did take longer than my usual 2 day turn around, especially since I was trying to figure out the issue of only logging in using facial recognition. So, I thank you for your patience, but I hope that you are happy that we didn't have to reinstall the whole windows OS to get your computer working again.

Jeff was very helpful and hardworking, in repairing my laptop and restoring the Operating System. The hard drive failed, so I bought a new one, Jeff was able to restore OS and get my laptop up and running again. Did not even have to wait long to have my laptop working again. Some other places told me that it would take a couple of weeks, but Jeff got it back to me within less than a week. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Simply I.T. 808.

Going to conferences and keeping up with the latest viruses, scams, phishing emails out there, so that I can keep my customers informed and protected.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Loved working with computers. Just understanding the "language" and being able to know it inside out. That's why I got my Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Electrical Computer Engineering.

Most common jobs are data restore, virus clean ups, & break fixes on laptops & mobile devices.
