- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is a complimentary session where we get to know each other a bit. We will go over your fitness goals, medical history, nutrition, and any questions you may have.

Certifications: American Heart Association: CPR/AED certified NASM: Certified Personal Trainer, Neuromuscular Stretching, Integrated Resistance Training, Cardiorespiratory Training for Sports Performance, Integrated Balance Training, Integrated Core Specific Training, Integrated Plyometrics/Reactive training NESTA: Fitness Nutrition Coach
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a competitive gymnast growing up, participated in various sports, and have always been in to fitness. In the past, I struggled with my own demons when it came to weight loss and eating healthy, and decided to learn all I could to help myself and in turn help others. Helping others gain health and confidence, and greatly improve their lives through fitness and nutrition is truly my passion and I'm thankful for every person I get to know and help.
