I hired James to repair a huge area of drywall I damaged due to a water leak. This was challenging since there were tenants and all their personal belonging next to the working area. James did an amazing job protecting their tables, chairs, pictures, etc from dust and debri on a daily basis. He is very knowledge about the repair, he as on time, and didn't leave until the work was completed. More importantly he was very clean and mindful on keeping the tenants happy. The overall quality is great and you cannot tell where the repair was done. I am hiring James for another job in my other unit.
