Aloha! I am passionate about making change in people's lives with energy healing. If you've been feeling tired, unfocused, depleted, negative, uneasy, anxious, emotional, or just a little off, Reiki may be able to help! Reiki energy healing works on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. I offer Reiki in the studio in downtown Hilo or I can bring my Reiki table to your place for your session. I also offer other related services, such as chakra balancing, aura clearing, meditation instruction, Reiki-infused yoga, and wellness coaching. I offer a discount on your first session for any of these services! I'm an Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki Master Teacher and Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher. I've been practicing, living, and loving Reiki since 2019 and my connection to the spiritual healing energy is strong. I can't wait to share it with you in a Reiki session or Reiki workshop!

First and foremost, Katia is an outstanding teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable about Reiki, healing, chakras, and the body as an energy system. In addition, she is very conscientious and responsive. All the work she does (outreach, information, presentations, etc.) is carefully and thoughtfully prepared, and focused on the needs of her clients. What I appreciate most of all about working with Katia is her gentle, caring approach, and her great sense of humor!

Katia’s classes have a very welcoming feel. What I loved the most is the people that I’ve come to meet while undergoing the certification. Working with everyone’s energy, and finding myself again. Katia also has follow up videos , which is so helpful and filled with great tips, and new ways of looking at manifestation and law of attraction. I think that so many people would benefit from Reiki. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 33% off of your first session and other discounts may be shared in cases of need. *Fees may be subject to change over time with inflation etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before your first session, we'll chat a little bit to get to know each other and if you're new to Reiki I'll explain a bit about how it works and what to expect during your session. If you have something specific you'd like to work on healing, you can let me know so I can hold that intention during our session. If not or if it's private, the Reiki energy knows what you need and will work on your most pressing issue or healing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher as well as a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. I am also certified as a Hatha Yoga and meditation instructor by High Vibe Yoga.
