2 men came with the equipment and they pressure washed the carport roof and took off the mildew and did a good job. Will be awaiting for dry weather to do the painting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 per hour per person for a deep clean. There’s usually two of us for a deep clean. Standard cleanings are a set rate depending on how many bedrooms and bathrooms and how dirty the house is, which is why a walk through would be your best bet on getting an accurate quote
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually setup a walk thru first, recommend a first time deep cleaning and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the American house cleaning association, Ive been cleaning professionally for over ten years
