Chris responded very quickly to our request for help with a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. He was very professional in his approach, diagnosed the problem and arrived the next day with the needed part. His charges were reasonable and we will definitely call on him again if needed for future appliance repairs. He was a joy to talk to and recommended preventive maintenance which we can follow.
