- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a service call charge, but charge by the hour with a minimum of one hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect customer information, including a "card on file". We offer free estimates when issues are known and charge by the hour for diagnosis and repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techs are EPA certified and have various ASHRAE, NATE, etc. certifications.
