As a bride, you’re already stressed out and want to be sure you’ve got everything covered. Caitlin kept in touch throughout the weeks preceding the weddings, answered all my questions and even followed up with me the day before what time she’d be arriving. Furthermore, she showed up 10 minutes earlier than she said she would when circumstances caused my mother and I to get there 30 minutes later than initially planned. She was so understanding and her laid back personality helped me to be calm with everything that was continuously going on. She’s definitely the perfect balance of professional and relaxed, exactly what you need as a bride on your special day! As far as quality goes, she even made my mom look younger! One of my friends made me a lei po'o (flower crown/haku lei) at the last minute and Caitlin gave a last minute tutorial on how to remove it without messing up my hair. Hands down, I was so happy with her service I’m so many different ways, not just the outcome! If these things are important to you, book her! You won’t regret it!
