- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Chef services I charge hourly if the client purchases all ingredients. If you would like me to plan a menu and purchase the food, I like to work with my clients to customize thier menus and price it based upon thier needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my clients and ask them what their vision is for their event. I will ask about what their ideal budget is like, date and theme.(if any)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 years experience in the Food service industry and recently graduated with my advance culinary degree from Escoffier Culinary Academy, I have worked at several 5 star resturants and have been catering for about 5 years now. I have studied and worked with Chefs from around the world taking a little from each of them.
