My husband called this guy which I believe it’s the owner Damon to requested work to be done. At first, he sent someone to go checked and gave us a quote we accepted it. So we went ahead and set up an appointment. The first appointment they’re was an emergency due to flat tire we let it go, they scheduled another appointment to come fix it but it’s the second appointment got us really frustrated and disappointed. They never showed up and never call us to let us know if things had changed. We decided to call Damon and asked what happened the day he suppose to come and fix the AC coil all he can say is he’s in Maui and give us number to call this other person (which he didn’t pick up). To all who is reviewing this please stay away from this so called company. You’ll be disappointed. What kind of business practice is this not being apologetic about it and sure not being professional about it.

We had a scheduling conflict and I had to go to maui for an emergency repair. I called her husband and sincerely apologized to him about it. I spoke to a few other companies that I know of and have one of them coming out tomorrow to help them. Robert and Jennifer are good people, I know that and will strive to get them some help to fix their problem. We always go the extra mile for our customers, but this time we fell short and sincerely apologize to Robert and Jennifer for this inconvenience.

Excellent service!!! Called before arrival and was on time! Walked us through exactly what he was doing and even spent the time to give us tips and pointers on how to keep our central AC running at its best!! Very knowledgable and patient! Damon even allowed my 4 year old to get involve and help him! I would definitely recommend Damon for all your AC needs!

We like to do an estimate before giving a quote. Normally we charge by the job, rather than hourly. We educate our customers about the service they will receive prior to any work being done so they know exactly what they are getting and why it is necessary. Our customers are very appreciative of our upfront approach.

1. We inspect the job and determine what materials will be needed. 2. We educate our potential customer about the job and what's needed before any work is started. 3. We present a bid or quote at.

Certified Universal 608 Technicians, we have over 2000 on the job hours of work and climbing!
