We loved what a great job Alex did! She was so responsive, I needed a last minute cleaning before my in laws and other family members came to stay with us for Thanksgiving and she was able to deep clean all my bathrooms in no time at all.
I loved how sparkling clean everything turned out to be. Even though it’s an older house, having the porcelain shine through made it look renewed.
Alex was lovely, very friendly and personable and professional. She’s a great communicator and I whole heartedly recommend her service.
I’m going to book her for all my cleanings in the future!

HIGHLY recommend Clean Matter LLC!! I was in a situation where I had to leave the island before I could get my place cleaned and she worked really well with my schedule and helped coordinate with me and my landlords to come at a later time without me being there to clean the place. I was able to pay up front (check wasn’t deposited until the clean was done) and she sent me pictures after following up when it was complete. She does top to bottom cleaning covering it all, and the place was immaculate! And she even cleaned inside the refrigerator/appliances, all for a VERY reasonable price. Very efficient, courteous, friendly, and professional. Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every property is different i.e. square footage, amount of daily use, number of occupants, frequency of cleaning and because of this the estimate given through Thumbtack is just that, an estimate.
I do offer discounts on higher frequency cleanings, feel free to ask!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience cleaning residential, rental and commercial properties from New York to Hawaii.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2007 cleaning vacation homes in upstate New York.
