- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will stand behind the estimate given on thumbtack. If the job is on a schedule for regular maintenance I will be willing to give a good discount depending on how often cleanings are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I like to exchange phone numbers; Second if your happy with the estimate on thumbtack I can put you on our calendar; or we can schedule a walkthrough of the property the following morning if a more exact estimate is preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied hospitality at international air and hospitality academy plus seven years of professional cleaning experience.
