I just started using this company in December, and all I can do is sing their praises! I’m comfortable knowing they will care for my belongings and I trust them with my beloved pets alone in my home. Ewa’s Touch is the best cleaning service I have ever worked with, by a long shot! Ewa has been cleaning my 2000 sq. ft. home for almost a decade now. In a few hours, she can make my messy home sparkle even after the holidays. Ewa is always on time, extremely dependable, trustworthy, thorough but efficient, and always notices the tiny details. Goes above and beyond every visit, and has a wealth of knowledge about the best products and has excellent suggestions for regular upkeep to make my life easier. It’s been such a pleasure to have her service at my home, and she keeps my head on straight when life gets too busy to keep up. Such a wonderful and sweet person, and treats my pets better than my own family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per hour. Minimum 4 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer personally, or via FaceTime. Ask questions in order to understand their specific requirements, cleaning preferences, and any special instructions. We are sure to listen and pay attention to their needs and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in Germany for the company with Residential and Commercial cleaning. Later in 2001, I started a cleaning service in Chicago. And since 2010 I have been cleaning in Hawaii. I have 24 years of experience!
