Ewa’s Touch is phenomenal. They’re in and out of my house in a heartbeat every other week. Ewa’s team is always quick to respond, and makes it easy for me to set up an appointment. They get the job done quickly, even when my home is at its worst. Her team notices the little things that other companies miss. I’ve been using this service for about two years and will always keep them on speed dial for when we have an unexpected visitor coming. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per hour. Minimum 4 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer personally, or via FaceTime. Ask questions in order to understand their specific requirements, cleaning preferences, and any special instructions. We are sure to listen and pay attention to their needs and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in Germany for the company with Residential and Commercial cleaning. Later in 2001, I started a cleaning service in Chicago. And since 2010 I have been cleaning in Hawaii. I have 24 years of experience!
