The housekeeper sent to us by Ewa's Touch was by far the best I've ever encountered. She was a pro at cleaning, used safe products, did the work quickly and thoroughly, and was a delightful person to be around. She taught me some things I'll carry with me about how to clean, and I look forward to working with her again. Ewa handled the arrangements exceptionally well, too. An excellent and professional experience!

Ewa was very responsive to our needs. I was gifting my daughter a home cleaning for the arrival of her second child due any day and she accommodated our last minute request. Chloe arrived on time. She was very professional, did a great job and was so patient with a very energetic 2 year old. The value for amount spent on cleaning was worth it. When my daughter and her husband walked in they immediately said the home smelled so good and were very satisfied. I would highly recommend Ewa’s Touch HouseCleaning and her employees. Ewa's Touch sent some of her team to my condo for a deep clean and they did a great job. Arrived on time, very pleasant & professional, and worked hard the whole time. Really appreciate how fast and efficient schedulingThe cleaning was. She sent out a lady named Kashel and she was the blessing that I needed that day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 per hour. Minimum 4 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer personally, or via FaceTime.
Ask questions in order to understand their specific requirements,
cleaning preferences, and any special instructions. We are sure to listen and pay attention to their needs and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in Germany for the company with Residential and Commercial cleaning. Later in 2001, I started a cleaning service in Chicago.
And since 2010 I have been cleaning in Hawaii. I have 24 years of experience!
