Aloha. I have been an avid yoga practitioner and teacher for the past 10 years traveling across the country ultimately landing in Hawaii. I have been licensed in MASSAGE THERAPY for the past 2 years specializing in neck work using a blend of techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, lomi, and minimal Thai massage. I offer CHINESE FIRE Cupping as well. Each clients session is customized to your particular needs to better understand how to help you in the most efficient & effective way or simply provide a relaxing massage session depending upon the clients request. Jay was a great masseur! I had so many knots and tense muscles that I had to seek out a professional, licensed massage therapist. He was very prompt in responding to questions prior to the appointment. He recommended 90 minutes since I had neck, shoulder, lower back with most likely hamstring tightness and knots. Great value for 90 minutes! Jay was easy to talk to, great location, and once he started working I could feel some of the knots go away and some of the tension disappear as well. The pressure, atmosphere, and quality was very good. I will definitely schedule another appointment.

I keep going back to Jay's massage. I started yoga a while ago, so he knows which body part of mine to work on very well. His neck massage is awesome too. He communicates well and responds well. He is also welcoming.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided I wanted to work in healing modalities once more in a different method other than teaching yoga exclusively. I thought massage therapy could be a different avenue in helping people more one on one that I might have a knack for since I have a decent understanding of the body and personally have worked through a lot of my own physical pain & tension ultimately to come out the other end.
