The massage I received was exactly what was needed and expected. With just one session, Pono was able to completely resolve the pain in my upper and lower back. This was a pain that had been growing for quite some time. Though I had specific areas I wanted to work on, Pono thoroughly worked on my whole body. He was eager to answer any questions I had about my massage, which made me feel like a part of the healing process. I woke up the following day completely pain free, flexible, and soothed. I decided to make an appointment to see him again in a few weeks, because well, why not feel like your best self as much as possible. I look forward to learning how additional sessions will impact my alignment and well-being.

Pono has a unique gift with massage. His medical massage hands penetrate and he really knows how to get at those knots. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable. He always gives 110 percent and when I’m damaged and in need of a massage. I look no further than Ponosan.

I usually like to make a hands on assessment to figure what is feeding the source of physical discomfort. This can vary with individuals, thereby adding additional time to the procedure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in Kailua at Nori Kohana Massage Academy. Chiropractic work and spa work. Chair and table work is readily available.
