FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects personalized, ongoing coaching rather than one-off sessions. I offer structured training programs designed to build consistency and real results, whether in person or online. Because of this, I don’t typically offer drop-in sessions or discounts, but I’m always happy to talk through options and help find a program that fits your goals and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to make sure we’re a good fit, ideally in person or over a call. I’ll ask about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. If we’re training in person, the first session typically includes a movement and form assessment so I can see how you move and identify areas to focus on. From there, I create a personalized program based on your needs and whether you’re training in person or online. We focus on proper technique, building consistency, and progressing at a pace that’s both challenging and sustainable, with ongoing check-ins and adjustments so you always feel supported.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, StrongFirst-trained kettlebell and strength coach, TRX Certified, and a UFC Gym Certified Coach. My background is rooted in strength training, functional movement, and safe, effective programming that supports long-term progress.
