My focus is on high-quality movement and biomechanics, so you learn to move better, not just work harder. Clients often say they leave sessions feeling “put back together” and “like they’ve just had a massage.” I design each session with measured intensity to help you feel invigorated, strong, and more connected to every part of your body. Trevor is a master at his craft. In working with him I was able to develop a new/healthier mindset around training that had previously kept me from training for awhile. He is very experienced in what he does and it is self evident.He knows the body extremely well, and has a depth of knowledge on functional patterns that is unmatched. But the biggest strength is his approach to working with what the body is communicating to you, encouraging you to strengthen that relationship and listen to that within any given pattern/workout/movement. Thats where the real juice is!
