Manda & Josh saved the day! We found a shower leak in a shared neighbor wall which needed to be addressed professionally before we DIYed our replacement. 360 plumbing responded within minutes, set up an appointment then actually called and got us in two whole days sooner! They were able to help the elderly neighbor with her leak & our project quickly and professionally. We are so blessed to have them on Oahu!

My hot water nozzle in my bathtub/shower stopped turning so I had no hot water. I had alot of questions due to the fact that my building is currently going through repiping and that I plan on remodeling my condo after that. I went with three 60 bc they were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Josh even called me on the phone and suggested changing my old 3 fixture to an updated 1 fixture. Manda from the office even called my resident manager to make sure the repiping company weren’t going to mess up my new fixtures. A very professional and honest company. Definitely will use them again.

Josh was quick to respond to our plumbing needs and arrived within 30 minutes of our request. He replaced the broken item quickly and had all needed supplies/parts with him. The only surprise was an unadvertised $25 trip fee that is not listed in his profile nor mentioned in my chat with him.

AFTER CUSTOMER AGREES TO AND SIGNS ESTIMATE WE WOULD THEN BEGIN TO SCHEDULE CUSTOMERS PROJECT AND CREATE A TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION.
