From start to finish, Josh has been great to work with! We had him add a sink, as well as move plumbing to create space for a freestanding tub in our primary bathroom. Josh came out on short notice for an estimate, his estimate was fair and it was evident from our conversation that he was a skilled plumber. He was detail oriented and ensured that we had a bathroom and Kitchenette we could be proud of. His final bill matched his estimate exactly. We will continue to use his expertise in future projects. My hot water nozzle in my bathtub/shower stopped turning so I had no hot water. I had alot of questions due to the fact that my building is currently going through repiping and that I plan on remodeling my condo after that. I went with three 60 bc they were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Josh even called me on the phone and suggested changing my old 3 fixture to an updated 1 fixture. Manda from the office even called my resident manager to make sure the repiping company weren’t going to mess up my new fixtures. A very professional and honest company. Definitely will use them again.

WORK WITH CUSTOMER TO GET THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THEIR SPECIFIC PROJECT. WE WOULD THEN PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH A ITEMISED ESTIMATE FOR SCOPE OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED. AFTER CUSTOMER AGREES TO AND SIGNS ESTIMATE WE WOULD THEN BEGIN TO SCHEDULE CUSTOMERS PROJECT AND CREATE A TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION.
