Couldn’t speak higher of Zack and the work he did for me. His responses were immediate. He gave us a reasonable quote and stuck to it. While he was here, he actually fixed another issue with my toilet making noise and he didn’t charge me. I couldn’t be happier my husband and I found Zack! He was able to fix our kitchen sink with just a couple hours notice, handled every bit of buying, replacing, and removing the old parts, and was competitively priced. I treat working with a new customer different every time. that's because every person is different! some customers like to talk and get to know me, and some customers like to get right down to business, get the issue handled and that's it! I treat new customers with the same respect and urgency that I would for any customer I have ever done work for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked under a licensed plumber for 6 years and had training on a regular basis. I am certified for gastite and flash shield gas piping.
