- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hourly, package and per image options available depending on the type of photography needed. For weddings and events, packages or hourly (a la carte) options are available. For architecture, product and commercial photography, hourly and per-images options are available. Sessions with all-inclusive or à la carte images are available for portraits. We're willing to work with you to determine the best pricing option to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In person or over the phone, our photographer sits down to find out a bit more about who you are, what you're needing, and the style of photography that best appeals to you. She then goes over the process so you have an idea of what to expect before, while and after she photographs. Along the way, she answers any questions you may have. Her goal is to get you comfortable and excited about the photos you'll get from your session or event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main photographer has a degree in Professional Photography from an accredited college. She's also interned with some well known commercial, wedding and portrait photographers, and is a member of the Professional Photographers of America.
