I contacted Lavon and she responded immediately, scheduling an in home estimate the very next morning. The initial service was a few days later and only took about five hours. I requested a biweekly, standing appointment, in which all the basics (dusting, vacuuming to include furniture, mopping, counters, toilets, showers, bath tub, sinks, etc.) are cleaned upon each visit. The flooring throughout the house is all hardwood and tile, but we have several area rugs. I have one large room that has vaulted ceilings, a brick fireplace and stucco walls. The entire house has numerous louvered windows in every room, a ceiling fan, thick baseboards and thick window frames. The kitchen has four banks of upper and lower cabinets, all light beige and a large stainless refrigerator. Lavon has cleaned all of these surfaces, including the white walls and has put all of these more detail oriented tasks on rotation. I tried several other companies before finding Lavon and I am happy to say my search is over. She is both friendly yet professional and provides excellent service

Lavon has done a few construction cleanups for us and has always done an exceptional job. Her attention to details is impeccable and our clients were blown away of how clean their homes were after our projects were done. It was like we were never there. I offer discounts for regular customers (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a walk through first to asses what the customer needs are. Then, a quote of the service I will provide. After estimate is confirmed, we schedule a day and time for services to start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job hands on training. I am still learning everyday in this field of work as new products, methods, and techniques evolve.
