Bernard and his team were incredibly professional, considerate, and completed the job within budget based on his initial estimate. He renovated my kitchen and office space; taking out walls, installing cabinets and counters and wiring for new electricity. I wanted to take care of the flooring and finishing of paint and light fixtures to keep costs down (as we were having a lot of work done) which he understood and was fine with. His time frame for the job was on time and he kept me posted along the way as to progress and when we were reaching our budget. I changed design elements along the way and he was happy to accommodate my needs. Above all, Bernard made sure the job was done right and safely. We have an older home where the previous owners did a lot of work on their own and not to code. He made changes to these mistakes of which I was very grateful. We are hoping to have him back to do more work on our home in the future.

Bernard Frederick did a great job on refurbishing my bathroom... He worked endless hours to work with my request on what I wanted to achieve . The bathroom turned out really nice from wood floorings,installing a new vanity, replacing a glass shower door, and paint with nice trim moldings. I would refer him any day if you have a project you want completed with passion and hard work ...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and things always change with homeowners. So being flexible is important. But pricing of course is the most important part of bidding jobs. I just try to be fair on all my bids.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with the customer to go over the type of work they want done. I am upfront and honest about any job that I do. I am always flexible and willing to make changes in the project to suit the customers needs. And my number one goal is to leave the job with a satisfied customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business and I have worked in various fields which overtime have allowed me to be more confident within myself so that I am able to work with people in a friendly, understanding manner.
