Jose responded shortly after I submitted the request. He and two other workers did some major trimming on our mango tree that was hanging over and touching our roof and close to electrical wires They worked quickly and they took all of the big tree branches and trimmings to the dump. It was very affordable. He’s very experienced and will hire him again as needed to trim my trees in the future.

Jose communicated through texting and phone with me. He and his crew came to our house on time. They did exactly what we asked them to do and cleaned promptly after themselves. While they were working in our main project, the mango tree, we asked Jose to give us an estimate for the other trees we thought to trim. His estimates were not overinflated and outrageous. They were fair and reasonable. His crew is very serious and at first, they may seem even somewhat grumpy, but after they start working, they focus on the job and do really well. Nice folks. Highly recommended. I will call them again. Thank you, Jose!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates and will come out to you island wide, or you can send me photos. Pricing will depend on how much reduction you would like trimmed. Fees will include labor and disposing of tree debris. Discounts are available if you pay cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to know what your tree trimming needs and concerns are. What is your priority? and how much you want trimmed. I need to know if there are any hazards like power lines, sprinklers, water pumps etc. I will then write up a proposal and schedule a date that is convenient for you. You are billed when the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a tree trimmer and climber for seven years with various tree companies as an independent contractor before beginning my own company three years ago. I have been climbing trees since I was a child helping my grandpa with Orange trees in Florida.
