About
I built my 1st computer in 1996. From that point on, I've been all my friends and families go-to for all their computer builds and repairs. While in Seattle, I worked at Fry's Electronics, Google, Dell, Lenovo and Swedish Hospital in Desktop Support or Feild Service Repair. Computer running slow? Give me a call. Quite often a couple inexpensive upgrades can make an older PC just as fast as a new one.

My Dell computer suddenly failed to recognize my user profile. Dell told me that I should reinstall the operating system, but I would lose all my files. Andy Young saved my files and reinstalled my operating system. He suggested improvements for my computer which for a modest amount of money improved speed and the quality of images on my monitor. I am completely satisfied with Andy's work and happily recommend him to anyone with a PC problem.

Andy rescued my computer and saved us from having to buy a new computer. It works better now than it did when it was new.

Ok let me just say, Andy is the best when it comes to being timely, professional, and fair. He is a wealth of knowledge and honestly if I had the money I would pay him just to sit there and teach me computer modding. He really knows his stuff, and I am so glad that I went with him instead of the same guy I've had do some work for me before. The task I asked Andy to handle was to install a new gfx card and SSD/adapter into my gaming pc and go through the bios and make sure everything was tuned and overclocked right. Well turns out the last guy did not do a good job in the bios and after Andy worked his magic he was able to up the processor clock from a 3.6 to a 4.2 quad core Intel i5. My ram timings were set wrong also and Andy took care of that aswell. Ontop of this he didn't even have to reinstall my windows, he was able to easily fix my current install which was very recent but, had gotten a bunch of entrenched malware from me using Internet explorer. (I know I was upset at myself too, but I had only used the computer for about a month after I had the first guy do work on it. And hadn't used it at all the past 2 months so I was too lazy okay). Anyways Andy just caught so many little things that had to be tweaked, such as my 144hz refresh rate $500 benq monitor was only set to 60hz by default. And that a display port cable is even better than an hdmi or a dvi cable for picture quality. Stuff I would have never caught. My computer is a completely different animal now. The best part is I had a deadline of having the job done by the 11th and the parts only arrived the 10th. Sure enough Andy was here on time, got everything running, was very fast and friendly, and the rate for the quality of work, I felt like I owe him a beer and a steak, that's how fair he was and how pleased I am with the end result. I wanted to add that when I first contacted Andy he did a ton of research for me for free not knowing if I was going to go through him or not. He found me the best deals on the best parts, and they truly were incredible deals. He found me a GeForce gygabyte gtx 660 for $120 it was a refurb card, runs great and 60 bucks cheaper than a regular gtx 660. If you want a guy who really knows his computer stuff, especially when it comes to custom built gaming rigs. Stop looking now, your wasting time if your not contacting Andy already. -Dan

Andy helped me out of a tough situation where I needed some files off my dead computer. He saved my butt, and was willing to negotiate a fair price for his services.
