- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are reasonable and I do not 'watch the clock' when I'm at a shoot, in other words, I am there until the work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we talk once or twice and the couple picks a song or two to be edited in. I like to know before hand if there are special parts to the ceremony such as readings by family members, special vows etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained at local college and public access channel/
