Jake went above and beyond! He worked with my flooring contact to secure a great price and necessary materials. Jake is detail oriented and works hard! Because I have an older home, we hit a few snags. He worked with me to create lasting solutions. He offered advice on other home project ideas, and prepped the bedroom for painting. The floors look very professional and beautiful. I would hire him again! (I cropped my kid out of the attached image and it altered the image of the chair - but it’s a real picture of the result!)

Our deck was in serious need of repair and I was desperate as it had become a danger to my family. Jake and his team were my first hire off of thumbtack and at first I was hesitant on the reliability of using the app but his company’s positive reviews were enough for me to want to take a chance. From the first meeting with Jake, I felt comfortable with my decision as he listened to my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and transparent. He was able to offer me different options so that I could make a decision based on my goals and budget. They were able to start work immediately and took the hefty project head on without complaints even though it was in worse shape than originally thought.
