Jake went above and beyond! He worked with my flooring contact to secure a great price and necessary materials. Jake is detail oriented and works hard! Because I have an older home, we hit a few snags. He worked with me to create lasting solutions. He offered advice on other home project ideas, and prepped the bedroom for painting. The floors look very professional and beautiful. I would hire him again!

We hired Jake to replace carpet with LVP in our rental unit. Other vendors came out to do estimates, but Jake was the only one who brought samples and gave us the pros and cons of the different options so we could make the best choice. His team was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He provided daily updates on their progress and when the subfloor needed more than simple leveling, he provided a reasonably priced solution. We are very happy with the flooring and his work- highly recommend!

Having worked with other contractors over the last 5 years updating my home, Commercial Construction was, by far, the most competent and the one I would hire again. Jake (owner) provided a clear proposal, detailing both a more value-oriented and a more upscale option. I appreciated his clear communication with daily progress reports on what had been accomplished that day and what he was going to tackle the next day. What I particularly appreciated was Jake's, level of professionalism -- completing quality work on time, on budget, as promised. A little back story.
After a previous contract to replace my carpet with vinyl fell through unexpectedly in which I took a vacation for, I was really eager to find a reliable contractor who could deliver great results on short notice. That is when I found Commercial Pacific Construction, owned by Jake.

Jake is super focused on making the customer happy with the job and did various projects, including removing and replacing a rotten fascia and redesigning a large, clear Plexiglas awning that was causing problems with water draining. His painter and helper Keli'i did an excellent job and the two-color re-painting of my front lanai is beautiful. I highly recommend his services.
