Jake went above and beyond! He worked with my flooring contact to secure a great price and necessary materials. Jake is detail oriented and works hard! Because I have an older home, we hit a few snags. He worked with me to create lasting solutions. He offered advice on other home project ideas, and prepped the bedroom for painting. The floors look very professional and beautiful. I would hire him again!

We hired Jake to replace carpet with LVP in our rental unit. Other vendors came out to do estimates, but Jake was the only one who brought samples and gave us the pros and cons of the different options so we could make the best choice. His team was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He provided daily updates on their progress and when the subfloor needed more than simple leveling, he provided a reasonably priced solution. We are very happy with the flooring and his work- highly recommend!

Having worked with other contractors over the last 5 years updating my home, Commercial Construction was, by far, the most competent and the one I would hire again. Jake (owner) provided a clear proposal, detailing both a more value-oriented and a more upscale option. I appreciated his clear communication with daily progress reports on what had been accomplished that day and what he was going to tackle the next day. What I particularly appreciated was Jake's, level of professionalism -- completing quality work on time, on budget, as promised. Moreover, he didn't leave my backyard a war zone with tools and garbage everywhere. The work area was neat and contained throughout. Thanks, Jake!
Jake is super focused on making the customer happy with the job and did various projects, including removing and replacing a rotten fascia and redesigning a large, clear Plexiglas awning that was causing problems with water draining. His painter and helper Keli'i did an excellent job and the two-color re-painting of my front lanai is beautiful. I highly recommend his services.

We have just finished a big painting, carpentry and electrical project with Jacob, Kelii and crew. This company prides itself on professionalism, understanding the customer requirements and perfection. Jacob not only listened to us, but offered recommendations too. We have a high kitchen cabinet dividing the kitchen and family room and wanted to place our smart TV on the back of it with some sort of paneling. Jacob discussed this in detail with us and produced a design that we are thrilled with. We have high ceilings and the rooms were prepped thoroughly and painted meticulously. Again we are so pleased with everything. If you’re looking for a professional team who take your projects personally and with the utmost respect, please don’t hesitate and reach out to them.
