FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers normally wouldn't see a pricing on any of my sites, because every event is different, I charge according to what the customers want or they need. Some clients want only sound and party music, some want MC, some wants lights, some want AV service, etc... Entertainment is the most important part of an event, most clients doesn't mind paying for quality, just like you can put Michelin tires on a Maserati:).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be a phone conversation, where I understand exactly what the client want, I listen to their need or wants, then if required and they book, I'll build them a timeline for their event, then we either meet and go over timeline or do it over phone or email, I'll go over contract with them, then send them an invoice for deposit and followed by another invoice after final payment is made. Very easy process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22yrs of Army service, so my ability to know how to be professional goes hand and hand with my militarty experience, being able to listen and communicate effectively with the clients is a must, and producing the type of entertainment the customers wants.
